Brampton Island is the most southerly of the Whitsunday holiday Islands and is accessed from Mackay or Hamilton Island. Brampton Island is just south of Lindeman Island and it is included in the Whitsunday Islands. The island is accessed by air from Hamilton Island or Mackay. There are also regular, fast ferry services from the marina in the Mackay boat harbour. The superb nature of these islands attracts visitors from a multitude of different countries and cultures.
The resort on Brampton Island has accommodation of differing standards. There are four types of Brampton Island accommodation. These range from the compact and comfortable Carlisle rooms through to the premium Ocean View rooms situated right on the beach.
